Javier’s place, is a good value. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic. Close to public transport and directly across from the best beach on the Costa Blanca. Very clean. The bathroom had lots of hot water and the aircon/heat works well in the main area. The apartment has a Nespresso machine and the basics to cook light meals. The apartment is cozy—a little bit dated and the furniture and decor are somewhat worn. The 2nd bedroom is mostly useful for children. The only issue during our month-long stay was that the walls are very thin and you hear every conversation from the neighbors and every word from them-it was quite loud—and we are used to urban, apartment living. Of course that isn’t the fault of the host—just a characteristic of this apartment complex. Our host, Javier, was very responsive to any issue we had and the check in/check out was simple and easy.
