We rented this 2-bedroom apartment for a family of 4 (including a child and a grandmother). The space is just about right for that amount of people; however more people may sleep on the sofa in the living room. In the apartment there is everything you may need for cooking, washing, cleaning etc. Parking is free, and it’s just in the building. Living room is really the highlight of this apartment. It’s very nice to have breakfast and dinner on the balcony listening to the surf. The sun on the balcony from early morning until about 2-3 hours, enough space even for sunbathing. There is rocky shore just below the balcony. Adult can swim there, but you need special shoes that do not slip on the rocks. There were a lot of fish, my husband used to go there to dive every morning. Downtown and the town sandy beach - a 10-minute walk from the apartment. A little further on there is a very nice small beach, which you'll appreciate if you have children. It's about 5 minutes away by car, or 10 minutes on the tourist "train" which runs right past the apartment (but be aware of 40 min intervals between races). Location is great for exploring the coast. Valencia and Guadalest are the must see. A lot of nightlife in the towns nearby. Don’t miss “Moors and Christians” and “Saint Joan” fiestas if you stay there in June. I would definitely recommend the apartment to everyone!
