I would highly recommend the Casa de la Abuela Villa located next to the Malvarrosa beach in Valencia. The accommodation is a very well kept and homely establishment with amenities very close to the location; local supermaket shops, cafe's, beach, beach restaurants with the main beachside complex about 1 mile away, all within walking distance. The main town is a 20 minute taxi ride away where all the local bars / restaurants and attractions are located. The only flaw in the service is access to a pool in the grounds where the Villa is located, however this should not put anyone off due to the beach and sea being in such a close vicinity. There were 8 of us in the party therefore the cost of the villa was very cheap for the 4 days we were there.
